POST Hotel & Residences by ELIE SAAB is a hotel and residences in the alpine village of Andermatt, Switzerland, introduced by ELIE SAAB with A++ Group and Mira Developments. Mira Developments says the project transforms the historic Hotel 3 Könige Und Post, a landmark dating back to 1788, through a restoration led by A++ Group that preserves the original 18th-century chalet-style charm while integrating heritage with contemporary aesthetics. Mira calls it ELIE SAAB's debut in hospitality. Mira lists 16 residences alongside 21 hotel rooms. Each residence is fully furnished, adorned with pieces from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection alongside custom-crafted interior elements, and Mira says each offers sweeping views of Andermatt's landscape. Homes range from one to three bedrooms, some of them duplexes set over two levels; the two-bedroom duplex A0.02 has its own sauna. Mira states that a luxury wellness centre with a spa, indoor pool and fitness studio is available to residents and guests, and lists an in-house Restaurant & Club and a Ski & Bike Lounge with dedicated storage and rental options for skiers and cyclists. Mira also lists a kids' room, a yoga area, a sauna, a steam room, a ski simulator, a bar and a concierge service. According to Mira, owners can include their residence in the hotel-managed rental programme, gaining personal use and generating rental income during unused periods. Mira describes Andermatt as an all-season destination for skiing, golf, hiking and cultural events, about 90 minutes by car from Zurich and 55 minutes from Lucerne. Mira gives handover as Q3 2027.
