Trussardi Residences

Trussardi Residences is a residential building by Mira Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai; Mira gives its location as Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan. Mira presents it as the debut residential project by the Italian fashion house Trussardi, developed in partnership with Luxury Living Group, and says the development comprises 140 furnished apartments across 11 floors, including a rooftop terrace and three podium levels. Its project page adds that the development includes a three-level podium and underground parking. According to Mira, each residence is delivered fully furnished by Trussardi Casa, featuring high-quality finishes in neutral tones, and each apartment features 3.3-metre ceiling heights and spacious balconies. Interior images show Mira's typical Trussardi Casa apartment and lift-lobby design. The homes range from one to three bedrooms, and the 2 Bedroom Type A, B, D and E layouts and all three-bedroom layouts include a private pool on the terrace. Mira says each apartment comes with a 3-year full maintenance warranty, with an option to extend it in the future for a reasonable fee, and its brochure says the bathrooms are fitted with Villeroy & Boch appliances. For residents, Mira lists a 26-metre infinity pool surrounded by greenery and cabanas with full F&B service, a 200-metre jogging track set in a landscaped rooftop garden, panoramic ladies' and gents' gyms (its brochure names Technogym equipment) and safe, spacious indoor and outdoor children's play areas. Mira says the main lobby, with its seven-metre-high ceiling, includes a reception area, café, business lounge and prayer room, with integrated workspaces, and lists à la carte and complimentary services including butler, concierge and valet parking. Mira places the building next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station. It gives handover as Q4 2026, and its 2026 construction updates report the roof slab taking shape in June, painting reaching floors eight to eleven in July and, in August, the installation of air-conditioning ducts, plumbing and fire-safety systems as sections of the aluminium façade began taking shape.
