Richmond Residences, Mira Coral Bay is a collection of 293 fully furnished homes by Mira Developments in Al Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah. Mira says the project brings the distinctive aesthetic of British fashion designer John Richmond to Mira Coral Bay, combining the brand's expressive design language with contemporary comfort and five-star hotel-level services. According to Mira, the homes comprise 210 studios, 54 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments, 12 two-bedroom duplexes, 8 three-bedroom apartments and 3 three-bedroom duplexes. According to Mira, each residence comes complete with Italian-made furniture, lighting, kitchen equipment and appliances, as well as linens and tableware. Interior and lobby images show Mira's typical John Richmond residence design. Mira lists a lobby café, fitness spaces by Technogym with dedicated gyms for men and women, pools for adults and children, valet parking, concierge and housekeeping among the project's amenities, and adds in-residence dining, 24/7 security and property management to its hotel-level services. Mira also says its Mira Care programme includes five-year coverage for core building systems, structural elements, MEP installations, lighting, paintwork and fixtures, plus three years for loose furniture. Richmond Residences is part of Mira Coral Bay, which Mira describes as the world's first multi-branded waterfront community: a waterfront master community bringing together branded apartments, villas and townhouses, five-star hotels, fine dining and a yacht club within a single destination, shaped by 14 global luxury lifestyle brands and featuring car-free streets, landscaped promenades and a contemporary art gallery. According to Mira, the community will also have private sandy beaches and branded beach clubs. Mira says the masterplan is by Archea Associati and that Mira Coral Bay is developed in partnership with Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah's master developer. Mira places Richmond Residences on the Al Mairid waterfront in Ras Al Khaimah, where the mountains meet the sea. Mira gives handover as Q1 2029.
