The Meriva Collection

The Meriva Collection is a beachfront community by Ellington Properties on Island B of Dubai Islands. Ellington describes a pedestrianised enclave of five residential buildings, the G+20 Meriva Sunset, the twin G+10 Meriva Gardens towers and Meriva Shores Towers A and B at G+6, arranged around landscaped paths and meandering waterways that lead to the beach, alongside a signature residence, Meriva Signature, and a seafront hotel. The developer lists driving times of about 5 minutes to Dubai Islands Mall, 18 minutes to Dubai International Airport and Dubai Festival City, 20 minutes to the Gold Souq Metro Station on the Green Line, 30 minutes to DIFC and 35 minutes to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Ellington offers one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, several of them with a study, and describes a limited collection of three- to five-bedroom signature penthouses with private terraces and pools. The developer describes open-plan layouts with floor-to-ceiling glazing that extend onto terraces, kitchens with grey stone islands and light wood joinery, L-shaped wardrobes in leather-look and wood-look finishes, and primary bathrooms with double vanities, tinted-glass showers and brushed champagne fittings. Ellington's amenity plans show an adults' infinity pool, a kids' pool and splash area, lagoon and cascading water features, sun loungers and a pool bar, together with a fitness pavilion with a gym, spinning zone, climbing wall, yoga and Pilates studio, juice bar and changing rooms with saunas. The planned facilities also include an outdoor fitness area, a jogging track, a scooter and bike track, padel and basketball courts, table tennis, a pet park and EV charging, as well as a club lounge, a jazz club with a dining room and library, a games room, a private cinema, a podcast room and indoor and outdoor kids' play areas. Meriva Sunset adds a lap pool, jacuzzi and cabanas on the 12th floor, an adults' pool with a barbecue deck on the 13th and a mini golf and viewing deck on the 17th. Ellington Properties lists The Meriva Collection as off-plan, with anticipated completion in Q2 2030 and freehold ownership. The developer's payment plan spreads 70% of the price across instalments from booking through construction, with the remaining 30% due on completion.
