Ellington's sectional render of a home shows three levels of living space, with parking on the ground level beneath the upper floors, opening to a planted terrace at the rear, with bedrooms and balconies on the upper levels and a lift drawn at every level. In Ellington's words, the heart of Somerset Mews is a beautifully landscaped central court, a space to enjoy fresh air and socialise with other residents. The developer's amenities plan shows a pool area at the centre of the court, a fitness centre and changing room, a kids' play area, garden courts and private terraces along the edges of the court, with entrance and lift lobbies. The brochure describes the outdoor pool as surrounded by lush greenery and also mentions indoor play areas for children, an elegant lobby, and round-the-clock security with card access controls. Ellington places Somerset Mews close to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping outlets, with access via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Its brochure lists driving times of about 10 minutes to Dubai Autodrome, Dubai Marina and Mall of the Emirates, 15 minutes to Downtown Dubai and 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport. Ellington's construction updates mark Somerset Mews as a completed project.
