Belgravia

Belgravia is a completed residential building by Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Ellington describes it as its first iconic building: launched in 2015 in the heart of JVC, where the developer says it was among the first to start a residential project, and delivered ahead of schedule in 2017. Ellington lists one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at Belgravia and describes design-led, contemporary homes planned around residents' daily needs, with ample storage and spacious areas. Photographs of Ellington's model suite show an open-plan kitchen with an island beside the dining and living area, a wall of full-height fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with a glass-screened shower and a utility cupboard with a washing machine. Ellington lists lobbies with art installations, a fitness studio, a leisure and lounge pool with loungers and a deck, a landscaped central court, a jogging track and 24-hour security. The developer's photographs show the pool, with planted islands and decks lined with sun loungers, and a long lawn between the building's residential wings. Ellington describes Jumeirah Village Circle as a community launched in 2004 over 860 hectares, with a projected population of 300,000 and 2,700 freehold villas and townhouses, landscaped parks, The Circle Mall, sports fields, schools and mosques. It has two main access points from Al Khail Road, with more planned, giving quick access to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
