Ellington Beach House is a completed residential building by Ellington Properties on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, arranged as two wings the developer names Ellington Beach House South and Ellington Beach House North. Ellington describes it as a new lifestyle icon on "the tranquil east crescent of Palm Jumeirah", positioned to follow the solar pathway so residents watch the sun rise over the Gulf and set behind the Dubai skyline, with its own stretch of Palm Jumeirah beach in front. The developer lists drive times of about one minute to The Boardwalk Palm Jumeirah, two minutes to Atlantis The Palm, ten minutes to Nakheel Mall, fifteen minutes to Dubai Marina, twenty-five minutes to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and thirty-five minutes to Dubai International Airport.
Homes run from one to four bedrooms, including ground-floor four-bedroom apartments with their own private pool and four-bedroom penthouses. Ellington publishes 14 one-bedroom, 72 two-bedroom, 31 three-bedroom and 6 four-bedroom homes, 123 in all, over a basement, a ground floor and seven residential floors. The developer's floor-plan pack draws twelve labelled templates with total living areas from 1,028.71 sq ft for the one-bedroom type to 4,398.78 sq ft for the largest penthouse. Every plan has a laundry room and a pantry beside the kitchen, all but one add a powder room alongside the bathrooms, and the larger types add a store room. One- and two-bedroom homes are allocated one parking space and three- and four-bedroom homes two. Ellington's material-finishes schedule specifies marble flooring throughout including bathrooms, luxury-grade marble kitchen counters and backsplashes, an included fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas range, hood, dishwasher and wine fridge, freestanding bathtubs with teak-slatted shower flooring, and wardrobes with integrated mirrors, safes and wide drawers.
Residents' facilities run across the ground floor and the gardens, and the developer's site plan numbers forty of them. There are two lobbies, each with reception, lounge seating, a floor-to-ceiling library, communal office and workspaces and an indoor kids' play area; a clubhouse with a show kitchen and bar for private functions, a presentation screen with video conferencing and an outdoor cigar terrace; an indoor fitness area, an outdoor fitness area with an urban fitness tree, and a yoga and Pilates studio; and change rooms with steam showers, saunas and a hydrotherapy pool. Outside, Ellington lists a 400 sq m infinity leisure and lounge pool facing the beach with a Baja shelf, sun loungers, cabanas and an outdoor refreshment area, a shaded kids' pool with outdoor play areas, barbecue areas, an outdoor lounge terrace, an outdoor games table zone, a bocce ball court, an urban basketball area, a padel tennis court and a viewing deck over the Arabian Gulf. Valet and porter services cover both drop-off areas, and the building has covered visitors' parking, four passenger lifts and two service lifts.
Ellington's construction-updates page for Ellington Beach House is headed PROJECT COMPLETED and its monthly series ends in January 2025. The gallery below uses the developer's own photography of the finished lobbies, clubhouse, pools, gym, studios, kids' area and courts, together with the launch renders for the exteriors and a walkthrough film of the completed building. Ellington states ownership is freehold.
