Mina is a residential building by Azizi Developments on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, with one- and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses. Azizi's Our Legacy timeline records the building's sales launch in 2016, alongside Royal Bay, and marks 2021 as the year Azizi "officially inaugurates Mina on The Palm Jumeirah and handovers commence". Azizi's Mina factsheet gives its status as completed. Azizi presents Mina as "your address for peace, serenity, and unparalleled beauty", with clean lines, elegant hues and panoramic views in a prime beachfront location surrounded by five-star hotels, and contemporary-designed residences where residents can savour breathtaking views and feel the sea breeze. According to Azizi's Palm Jumeirah page, Mina has 178 apartments and 4 penthouses. Its brochure describes "a beautifully crafted waterfront development" designed around "its stunning waterfront location and private beach access", and its factsheet promises uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf from every apartment. Azizi's project page lists recreation, trendy cafés and restaurants, spacious balconies, a swimming pool, an elegant reception area and beach views among Mina's amenities and services. The Mina factsheet lists private beach access, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, underground parking, a fully-equipped gym, 24-hour security, a children's play area and retail and F&B facilities among its community amenities. Azizi places the Anantara and Waldorf Astoria hotels within walking distance of Mina, with Atlantis and Aquaventure Waterpark five minutes away, The Pointe eight minutes and Nakheel Mall ten minutes. Dubai Marina and JBR are 18 minutes away, Bluewaters Island 19 minutes, Mall of the Emirates 20 minutes and Dubai International Airport (DXB) 45 minutes.
