Royal Bay

Royal Bay is a residential building by Azizi Developments on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Azizi's project page describes it as a sanctuary cleverly angled at 45 degrees, with spectacular views of the city's skyline, the Atlantis Hotel and the Arabian Sea, designed to maximise light and provide stunning views from every room. Azizi's Our Legacy timeline lists Royal Bay Residences, with Mina by Azizi, under its 2016 launch of Palm Jumeirah. Azizi's unit-type plans for the building cover one- and two-bedroom apartments on the 1st to 8th floors and two penthouses on the 9th floor, one with three bedrooms and one with four, each with a swimming pool on its terrace. Azizi's launch brochure describes spacious bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces, and a combined living and dining area with an open kitchen. Azizi's project page lists an elegant reception, a concierge service, a state-of-the-art gym and a relaxing spa among Royal Bay's amenities and services, together with trendy cafes and restaurants, city views and beach views, and calls Royal Bay a prestigious address offering an exceptional lifestyle "where every need is met within the confines of unparalleled elegance". Azizi's launch brochure describes direct access to a private beach, swimming pools and landscaped gardens. Azizi describes Palm Jumeirah as its most iconic residential community, on the east crescent of The Palm Jumeirah, offering the ultimate in beachfront living. For the community it lists the Anantara and Waldorf Astoria hotels within walking distance, and drive times of five minutes to Atlantis Hotel and Aquaventure Waterpark, eight minutes to The Pointe, 10 minutes to Nakheel Mall, 18 minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, 19 minutes to Bluewaters Island and 20 minutes to Mall of the Emirates.
