Ocean House by Ellington is a residential building by Ellington Properties on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, which Ellington describes as its second development on the island. The developer's ground-floor plan places it on Crescent Road, facing The Boardwalk Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, and Ellington describes views of the Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, the Marina skyline, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. Ellington lists driving times of about 1 minute to The Boardwalk Palm Jumeirah, 2 minutes to Atlantis The Palm, 15 minutes to Dubai Marina and 35 minutes to Dubai International Airport. Ellington's current floor plans cover six two-bedroom, three three-bedroom and three four-bedroom apartment and duplex layouts, plus four three-bedroom penthouses on the ninth floor, with total living areas from about 1,642 sq ft to 9,917 sq ft including outdoor space. Each ground-floor duplex plan includes a terrace with a private pool, and each penthouse plan adds terraces with a private pool, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor bar and barbecue. Ellington's finishes schedule lists natural marble floors in the living areas and bedrooms, higher ceilings, fitted wardrobes and Miele kitchen appliances, and the developer describes interiors in white marble, travertine and warm oak, with kitchens centred on a natural-stone island. Ellington's ground-floor amenities plan shows a 50-metre pool with a Baja shelf, cabanas and a sun loungers' area, a separate kids' pool, a fitness studio beside an outdoor yoga deck, male and female change rooms, a kids' play area, a cinema room, a games room and a meeting room, beside a lobby with a lounge and reception that Ellington describes as double-height. The same plan shows a basement wellness spa with a salt cave, steam rooms, infrared sauna rooms, plunge pools, aromatherapy experience showers and a hydrotherapy path walk. On the first floor, Ellington's plan places a residents' clubhouse with private dining, a show kitchen, a private lounge and a cigar room, together with a co-working area, a library room, a gallery wall, an outdoor terrace lounge and a rooftop garden. Ellington Properties lists Ocean House as off-plan, with freehold ownership, and has published construction updates for the project since October 2023, most recently for August 2026. Ellington's sales offers of September 2026 give an anticipated completion in Q2 2027 and a 70/30 payment plan: a 50% down payment, 10% after 60 days and a further 10% after 120 days, with the remaining 30% due on completion.
