Belgravia Heights I is a completed residential tower by Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The developer describes a design driven by a "Residential Movement" that lets residents personalise their apartments, with a Scandinavian approach to modern living: a timeless grey palette with accents of white and warm beige, and an emphasis on minimalism, simplicity and functionality. Ellington describes JVC as a family-friendly community with access via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, and its brochure lists driving times of about 5 minutes to a park in the community, 10 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 15 minutes to Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, 18 minutes to Palm Jumeirah and 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport.
The tower rises 15 residential floors above a ground floor and four podium levels, served by two passenger lifts and a service lift. Ellington's brochure lists 155 homes: 16 studios, 94 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom apartments, with one parking space for each home. The developer's floor plans set out 13 layouts: two studios of 405.69 and 510.75 sq ft, eight one-bedroom layouts from 725.81 to 938.94 sq ft and three two-bedroom layouts from 1,027.63 to 1,128.70 sq ft of total sellable area, balconies included. Every layout has at least one balcony; studios and one-bedroom homes have one bathroom and two-bedroom homes have two. The developer describes 3.2-metre ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms, premium tile flooring, window-walls with neighbourhood views, fitted wardrobes, European-brand appliances and quartz countertops, with every residence pre-wired for high-speed internet, phone, data and home automation.
Ellington's amenities plans place the shared facilities on a health-club level and a roof terrace. The health-club level shows a swimming pool and a children's pool, a pool terrace with loungers and cabanas, a children's play area, a club terrace with an outdoor gym, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a fitness centre, a clubhouse and male and female changing rooms; the developer's brochure describes a fitness and games centre with games tables and lounge seating, spa-inspired changing rooms and landscaped gardens with barbecue areas. The roof terrace plan shows a roof deck, gardens and a yoga retreat. Ellington also describes a double-height lobby with a lounge in hotel-style furnishings, art pieces curated from local artists and 24-hour security.
Ellington marks its construction updates for Belgravia Heights I "Project completed" and lists the building as ready. The developer's brochure gives the ownership as freehold.
