Belgravia Square is a completed residential development by Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Ellington describes two 'L-shaped' blocks that face each other across a landscaped courtyard, holding 225 apartments in total: 26 studios, 138 one-bedroom and 61 two-bedroom homes. The developer's building configuration lists a basement, a ground floor, four residential levels and a roof. Ellington's construction-update page for the project reads PROJECT COMPLETED, and its monthly site records run from November 2018 to December 2023. The developer describes a grey facade with bold horizontal lines, warmed by wood textures and lighting, and a white, grey and black interior scheme accented by black and white photography in the common areas. Both lobbies are double-height, with lounge seating, counter workspaces and, in Ellington's words, dynamic lighting complemented by sculptures made by local artists. The amenities plan sets an adult's pool and a kids' pool with sun-bathing decks in the central courtyard, with landscaped courtyard and garden areas around them. Ellington lists a fitness centre with free weights, cardio, stretching and a balance bar; male, female and accessible changing rooms; a clubhouse with a games room and TV lounge; and indoor and outdoor kids' play spaces. The developer also lists four elevators, one parking space per apartment, and freehold ownership. Ellington publishes size ranges of 473 to 539 sq ft for studios, 774 to 970 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments and 1,098 to 1,510 sq ft for two-bedroom apartments; the unit floor-plan set adds ground-floor terrace homes and top-level terrace apartments reaching 2,369.03 sq ft of total living area. Unit features listed by the developer include porcelain hardwood-effect flooring, bespoke fitted wardrobes and walk-in closets, custom-designed kitchen cabinetry with professional-standard European appliances and an integrated dishwasher, premium quartz countertops, herringbone ceramic feature tiling in bathrooms and heightened ceilings in living, dining and bedrooms, quoted at 3.2 m floor to ceiling in living rooms. Ellington lists the community park 5 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates 10 minutes by car, Emirates Golf Club 14 minutes, Burj Al Arab 15 minutes, Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai 15 minutes, Palm Jumeirah 18 minutes and Dubai International Airport 25 minutes.
