Belgravia II

Belgravia II is a completed residential building by Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Ellington Properties lists the project as ready, and the developer announced in 2019 that Belgravia II had been handed over. The homes are arranged in a low-rise block wrapped around a landscaped central courtyard, with a pool running its full length. Ellington describes the development as modern studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and distinctive two-storey townhouses with private gardens. The developer describes the interiors as a neutral scheme of white and warm woods framed by black, designed around a play on light and shadow, with generous space for socialising and a strong community feel. The developer's photographs of the delivered homes show fitted kitchens with a built-in oven, a built-in microwave and a gas hob set into the worktop, herringbone splashbacks, and full-height built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. The shared facilities Ellington lists are a double-height lobby, a fitness studio, a leisure and lounge pool with loungers and a pool deck, an indoor kids' play area, a landscaped central court and courtyard, outdoor seating areas and 24-hour security. The developer's photographs of the finished building show the lobby with its sculptural light installation and a workstation nook, a glazed cardio room looking onto the courtyard with a separate functional-training room alongside, a play room with a nautical wall mural, and lounge seating along the landscaped walks. Jumeirah Village Circle sits in the heart of new Dubai. Ellington describes it as a planned community divided into the Triangle and the Circle, mixing homes, offices, commercial space and leisure facilities, and points to Al Khail Avenue at Jumeirah Village Triangle and The Circle Mall at Jumeirah Village Circle among the newer additions to the area.
