VOLTA is a 60-storey residential tower by DAMAC Properties on Sheikh Zayed Road, at the edge of Business Bay and close to Downtown Dubai. DAMAC describes it as a one-of-a-kind tower designed for those who thrive on life's pace while valuing wellness, with curated spaces for fitness, wellness and wellbeing spread across a semi-detached podium, the roof and even the lobby. The tower offers one- to four-bedroom apartments with wraparound balconies and city views, which DAMAC says take in the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai skyline. The one- and two-bedroom Luxury apartments fill most of the tower, and the three- and four-bedroom Super Luxury residences are on levels 51 to 60. The larger homes add a store room and an extra guest toilet, and the four-bedroom layouts a walk-in wardrobe off the master bedroom. Planned amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a sky pool in the crown with sky yoga, a gym, an outdoor gym for calisthenics and a jogging track that, according to DAMAC, runs right into the main tower. DAMAC also plans a boxing ring it describes as open 24/7, a multisensory yoga room with TRX training, a climbing wall in the lobby, an on-site emergency room, a diet consultant and physiotherapist, and a spa offering beauty treatments, aqua massages and spa therapy. DAMAC says The Dubai Mall is about five minutes away and City Walk and Box Park about eight, with Mall of the Emirates around 20 minutes and Dubai International Airport under 15 minutes. Construction is under way, and DAMAC's current target for handover is the second quarter of 2029.
