Safa Gate

Safa Gate is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, at the edge of Safa Park. DAMAC describes it as the gateway to the road's Platinum District: a tower with a sleek glass façade and a soaring silhouette, where sky gardens and panoramic decks look out over the city skyline. The developer's brochure highlights views that range from Safa Park to the Jumeirah coastline, with landmarks including the Dubai Canal, the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa. Homes range from studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments to three- and five-bedroom duplex penthouses on levels 49 and 50, which DAMAC markets with private pools. DAMAC's floor plans give every layout a balcony and a separate powder room; the two-bedroom plans add a walk-in closet, and the penthouses add double-height living rooms, family lounges and laundry and utility rooms, with a show kitchen in the five-bedroom layouts and a study in the three-bedroom penthouse. Planned facilities, as DAMAC describes them, include the Aurora Pool, where coloured light plays across the water, circular sunken seating set into the pool, the Gravity Gym, an open-air gym, and the Lumière Spa with golden light therapy, hydrotherapy pools and a meditation dome. Other planned spaces include co-working pods, a running track, an outdoor yoga area, a chromotherapy light chamber, a private cigar lounge and the Eclipse Theatre, whose ceiling is designed to evoke solar and lunar eclipses. At the top of the tower, DAMAC plans a crown of rooftop amenities: an observation deck, a rooftop sunset bar, a roof garden, a Zen plunge pool and a retreat pool. DAMAC puts City Walk and Box Park about five minutes away, The Dubai Mall about ten minutes and the Burj Khalifa seven minutes, with Dubai International Airport a 14-minute drive. Safa Gate is an off-plan project, and DAMAC's scheduled handover date is 31 October 2029.
