A sapphire pool in the ruby heart
DAMAC places a sapphire infinity pool inside the tower's ruby heart, high above the podium and overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road.

Safa Two de GRISOGONO - Tower B is DAMAC Properties' de GRISOGONO-branded residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the edge of Business Bay. DAMAC describes Safa Two as an architectural landmark inspired by precious rubies, with a distinctive ruby heart at its core and a form meant to emulate a cut diamond. It sits across the road from Safa One, and DAMAC says the two developments together form an archway between central Dubai and its newer districts. Tower B offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across levels 11 to 72, in 81 plan types: five studio, 15 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom layouts, every one with a balcony. Some larger homes add a maid's room, a study or a laundry, and DAMAC says the apartments use movable walls so the layout can be changed. Interiors carry the brand's scarlet detailing, from the lobby entrance to the finishes and furniture, and DAMAC highlights views towards the canal, Burj Al Arab, The World Islands and Palm Jumeirah. The planned amenities are the headline. According to DAMAC, the podium will have an artificial beach pool with palm trees, and the ruby heart, set high above the podium, will hold a sapphire infinity pool overlooking Sheikh Zayed Road along with restaurants. Higher up, DAMAC plans an edge walk, a spiralling glass slide, cafes and restaurants, an observatory at the building's highest accessible point, and what it describes as Dubai's first fog forest, a mist-shrouded rooftop garden it calls the highest in the world. DAMAC's page lists City Walk and Box Park about five minutes away, The Dubai Mall and Oasis Mall about ten, Mall of the Emirates about 15 and Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes' drive. Safa Two de GRISOGONO - Tower B is off-plan, and DAMAC's current handover date for the tower is Q4 2029.
