Vision Iconic is Tower 6 of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the masterplanned community Binghatti is developing with Mercedes-Benz in the Nad Al Sheba district of Dubai, close to Meydan. The City brochure presents it as the city's iconic tower, "both a landmark and anchor": a sculpted crescent that sweeps upward around a podium pool and rises above the Grand Promenade. According to the brochure's project facts, the tower is planned with 66 residential floors above a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and five parking floors, with nine mechanical floors and a roof. It lists 1404 residences (1001 one-bedroom, 277 two-bedroom, 108 three-bedroom, nine four-bedroom and nine five-bedroom homes) and 21 ground-floor shops. The brochure illustrates five residence types. The one-bedroom Type 1 has a full-width balcony, a bathroom and a separate WC. The two-bedroom Type 2 and three-bedroom Type 1 add large private terraces, and the four- and five-bedroom duplexes place living, kitchen and a master suite on the lower level with further bedrooms above. Each of the two- to five-bedroom plans shows a private pool on its terrace. The developer lists planned City features and services including a sky infinity pool, podium pool, gym, spa service, concierge and valet service, a skyline jogging path, an outdoor yoga and wellness area, entertainment studios and food and beverage outlets, and states that the City is aiming for LEED certification. At its centre, the Grand Promenade is planned with curvilinear walkways, water features, family spaces, wellness zones and retail along the podium edges. Binghatti estimates drives of about 3 minutes to Meydan Racecourse, 8 minutes to Burj Khalifa and 15 minutes to Dubai International Airport.
