Park Avenue III

Park Avenue III is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Meydan, Dubai, which the developer describes as part of its Park Avenue project in MBR City. Azizi promises refined luxury interiors and landscaped outdoor areas. The interior and balcony images are Azizi's typical design. Azizi reported on 1 December 2023 that Park Avenue III was 82% complete. On 29 February 2024 it announced 95% construction completion, with the structure, blockwork, internal plaster, tiling, HVAC, MEP, elevator and swimming pool works complete and the facade and external finishes at 95%; the building was then scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024. Azizi says residents enjoy a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, secure underground parking, round-the-clock security, a gymnasium, a sauna and a steam bath, and the building includes retail stores. For the surrounding Meydan area, Azizi gives drive times of about two minutes to Meydan Racecourse, ten minutes to Festival City and IKEA, Downtown Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road, fifteen minutes to Dubai International Airport and twenty-two minutes to the Palm Jumeirah. The developer also points to the region's largest shopping destination, schools and colleges, a tennis academy, the Meydan Hotel and Grandstand, a golf course designed by Peter Harradine, and cycling and running tracks nearby.
