Riviera Rêve

Riviera Rêve is a residential development of three towers by Azizi Developments in Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Azizi calls Rêve its most prestigious project within Riviera's fourth phase and describes three 26-storey towers with distinctive wave-like façades and panoramic glass elements inspired by the French Riviera. On its project page, Azizi presents Rêve as more than a residence: “a destination—one that creates a five-star getaway feel through high-end, hotel-inspired design”. Its brochure says the towers are “architecturally inspired by the movement of water across the lagoon” and “built with solar panels and vertical greenery for greater sustainability and air purity”. Azizi's construction updates list Calacatta Sponda marble flooring, big-slab porcelain walls, Statuario Lincoln marble mosaic tiles, modern over-counter washbasins, frameless floor-to-ceiling windows, indirect mood lighting, premium appliances and a full smart home automation system among the finishes, with lavish entrances featuring cascading waterfalls, panoramic lifts, and valet and car wash services. The Rêve brochure adds premium wood joinery, bespoke integrated lighting, quartz stone countertops, a built-in pantry, free-standing double basins, calacatta marbled walls and fully built-in Siemens appliances, and describes separate entrances for each tower, each with a drop-off area, and all-glass elevators. Azizi's project page lists a grand infinity pool, an advanced gymnasium, an indoor/outdoor adventure playground, a peaceful zen garden, a yoga zone, a BBQ seating area, laundry facilities and car washing among Rêve's amenities and services, and its construction updates describe fully equipped gyms, two swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and children's play areas. The brochure describes a half Olympic-sized infinity pool with poolside cabanas, a residents-only premium lounge with meeting areas and business facilities, a gym and fitness studio with a restorative yoga room, indoor play areas, a rooftop terrace with BBQ grills, outdoor screenings and an indoor home theatre that residents can rent. Azizi's amenity list also takes in Riviera's French Riviera-inspired boulevard, with boutique shops and fine-dining restaurants, and it places Rêve on the shores of the community's 2.7-kilometre swimmable crystal lagoon. In its construction update of 30 July 2026, Azizi reported Rêve at 79% overall completion, with the structure finished and façade works at 69%, and said the project is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026.
