Riviera is Azizi Developments' French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. Azizi describes it as a contemporary haven that blends city life with waterside living, with a wealth of amenities amid beautifully landscaped spaces and the Dubai skyline as its backdrop. Azizi's company timeline records the launch of Azizi Riviera in 2017. In its press releases, Azizi describes Riviera as a stylish lifestyle destination comprising 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences, and as a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space. On its Meydan - Riviera community page, Azizi says Riviera offers a retail district and a 5-star hotel. Azizi reported in August 2025 that the handover of Azizi Azure, part of Riviera's fourth phase, raised the number of handed-over buildings in the Riviera community to 54. In November 2025 it reported Riviera 59, 61, 63, 65, 67 and Azizi Azure at 100% completion, with construction advancing on the remaining fourth-phase buildings. In March 2026 it handed over Riviera 69, a 10-storey residential building offering 112 units, including studios to three-bedroom apartments, along with 11 retail outlets; Azizi called it the eighth completed building of phase four, bringing overall progress in the phase to 74%. For Riviera 60, one of the fourth-phase buildings, Azizi's factsheet describes high-end freehold studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and prime retail space, with top-tier finishes, Italian marble flooring and premium wood joinery. Across Riviera, Azizi lists an inviting swimming pool, a modern fitness centre, a private garage and an outdoor play area, with indoor and outdoor playgrounds and premium services such as laundry and car wash. Around the buildings, Azizi describes three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk on the shores of a 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a vast, lush-green social space. Azizi places Riviera in the heart of Meydan, close to Downtown Dubai, with easy access to a host of amenities and landmarks; it lists Al Khail Road, the future Metro Gold Line, Meydan Racecourse, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai International Airport and Palm Jumeirah among them.
