Riviera Beachfront

Riviera Beachfront is a group of three towers by Azizi Developments in Azizi Riviera, the developer's French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Dubai. Azizi's Our Legacy timeline records the launch of the three beachfront buildings in 2021, and its construction releases describe Riviera Beachfront as three developments with homes and retail spaces, set on the shores of Azizi's 2.7-km-long swimmable crystal lagoon. In the words of Azizi's Riviera brochure, Riviera Beachfront “ups the game of waterfront lifestyle for its residents with its perfect location overlooking the beautiful crystal lagoon and white sandy beaches”. Azizi's Riviera Beachfront factsheet adds that its properties “benefit from breathtaking views of the lagoon and the city skyline”. Azizi's January 2026 time-lapse film presents Riviera Beachfront as completed and ready for handover. On 31 March 2026 Azizi announced the handover of Beachfront I, one of the three towers, and its April 2026 handover films describe owners receiving the keys to their homes at Azizi Riviera Beachfront. According to Azizi's press releases, each building features direct beach access, swimming pools, landscaped surroundings, fully equipped gyms, barbecue areas, children's playgrounds and games, and yoga spaces. The project page promises “exclusive access to the pristine beaches of the crystal lagoon” and says a wide selection of retail outlets, cafés and restaurants is within walking distance. Azizi describes Meydan - Riviera as a beachfront community with a crystal lagoon at the heart of Meydan, close to Downtown Dubai. Its August 2025 release describes Riviera's three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a vast, lush-green social space.
