Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai is Select Group's branded residential development on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, which Select Group describes as the UAE's first ever Six Senses branded residences. Select Group says its architecture takes its cues from the city's journey while paying homage to the contours and elevations of the region's landscape. According to Select Group, the development includes 121 Penthouses, 32 Sky Villas and 9 Signature Beachfront Villas, which will be managed by Six Senses and will have access to the hotel's facilities. Select Group's corporate portfolio gives 9 Signature Villas, 32 Sky Villas, 114 Penthouses and 7 Royal Penthouses. Select Group says nature, from the UAE's undulating desert dunes to the coral beneath the sea, is the main inspiration for the architectural narrative of the Penthouses, and that its exclusive Royal Penthouses express Dubai's desire to continuously reach new heights. According to Select Group's floor plans, the Penthouses have two to four bedrooms and the Sky Villas three or four, including duplexes. The five-bedroom Signature Villas, which Select Group says are situated on the iconic beachfront of Palm Jumeirah, are laid out over basement, ground, first and second floors; according to its plans, each has an apartment area of 13,181 sq ft and 13,333 sq ft of balconies and garden, 26,514 sq ft in total. At the core of the development, Select Group says, is Six Senses Place, a 60,000 sq ft wellness and lifestyle facility providing residential owners with a new dimension in community living, with a massage circuit pool, squash court, wellness circuit, Six Senses Spa, shared working space and meeting rooms among its facilities. Select Group also names restaurants, bars, a fully equipped gymnasium, a kids club, a hammam and pools at Six Senses Place. Describing its June 2026 amenities film, Select Group lists lush gardens, resort-style pools, tennis and padel courts, dedicated family spaces and direct beach access. Select Group says residents will benefit from unlimited access to Six Senses Place facilities (excluding a la carte services), access to leisure and lifestyle facilities, concierge and valet services, and discounts on food and beverage and on stays at Six Senses Hotels & Resorts worldwide. Select Group says residents will have easy access to the island's attractions, such as Nakheel Mall with over 300 shops and The Pointe waterfront, and it gives journey times of 20 minutes to Dubai Marina and 30 minutes to Downtown Dubai and DXB International Airport. Select Group launched the development in February 2022 and completed its construction in May 2026. It was named Waterfront Development of the Year at the FinanceWorld UAE Realty Awards 2025.
