Azizi Arian

Azizi Arian is a residential tower by Azizi Developments in Jebel Ali, Dubai, with studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Azizi describes it as one of the few freehold residential properties within JAFZA, placing residents at the heart of what it calls the world's largest matured free zone and the Middle East's biggest port, in Jebel Ali, the UAE's flagship integrated business hub. Its launch announcement of 15 January 2025 describes stylish exteriors with ultra-modern interiors. Four apartment types are planned. The studio, on the first floor, has 272.86 sq ft of suite area and 340.78 sq ft in total. On the 2nd to 17th floors, the one-bedroom type has 641.75 sq ft of suite area (801.92 sq ft in total), the two-bedroom type 988.14 sq ft (1,293.29 sq ft) and the three-bedroom type 1,362.72 sq ft (1,741.94 sq ft). Every type has a balcony, and the one- and three-bedroom types add a separate toilet. Azizi lists separate pools for adults and kids and a gym among Arian's amenities. Its launch announcement and its sales update of 16 April 2025 name a cinema, a clubhouse, swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a dedicated children's play area and ample parking. These are planned facilities, as the developer describes them. The lobby, lounge, weights-gym and changing-room interiors pictured are Azizi's typical designs. Azizi says Arian offers seamless connectivity to Dubai's prime business, leisure and retail destinations, supported by outstanding highway and metro access. Its press releases name the Palm Jebel Ali, resorts and beaches, Dubai Marina and JBR and Expo City Dubai among the hubs within a 20-minute drive.
