Azizi Farishta II is a residential development by Azizi Developments in Al Jaddaf, Dubai. Azizi says the development "defines elevated creekside living", set where rich cultural heritage and traditions meet the city's contemporary architecture, just steps from Dubai Creek, with metro and highway connectivity that places Downtown Dubai and the city's landmarks within easy reach. Azizi announced its launch on 6 November 2025. The homes are studios, one-bedroom apartments and penthouses, which Azizi's factsheet and launch announcement describe as freehold. Azizi says each home is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and offers panoramic views, and its launch announcement speaks of refined layouts, natural lighting and top-tier finishes. The interior images show Azizi's typical design. Azizi's project page and factsheet list the building's planned amenities as swimming pools for adults and kids, gym and children's play facilities, a rooftop garden, a gaming lounge, a multipurpose hall, ample parking and a private cinema, and its factsheet and launch announcement add sauna and steam facilities and 24/7 security. Azizi's launch announcement places the development minutes from Creek Metro Station, Dubai International Airport, Wafi Mall and Dubai World Trade Centre, with easy access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road and close to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai Festival City. On its project page Azizi says Al Jaddaf Waterfront is on the doorstep. Azizi's payment-plan sheet states that the plan is subject to change at the company's discretion.
