Azizi David

Azizi David is a residential tower by Azizi Developments in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, whose launch Azizi announced in August 2025. Azizi's brochure describes it as rising gracefully on the shores of Dubai Creek, and its website sets it in the heart of Al Jaddaf, surrounded by culture, connected to opportunity and framed by sweeping creek views. The homes range from studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments to two penthouses, which Azizi describes as crowning the tower. Every home type has a balcony. Studios have a living space, a kitchen and a bathroom; one-bedroom apartments add a bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and a laundry. On the roof floor, Penthouse Type 01 has four bedrooms, a maid's room, two dressing rooms and a 17.40 m by 8.84 m terrace with a 7.77 m by 2.96 m pool, in a total apartment area of 3,474.73 sq ft. Penthouse Type 02 has three bedrooms, a maid's room, a dressing room and a 12.90 m by 7.95 m terrace with a 7.77 m by 2.96 m pool, in 2,819.09 sq ft. The interiors pictured are Azizi's typical design. Azizi plans a state-of-the-art gym, a private cinema, swimming pools for adults and children, dedicated play areas for children and a multipurpose hall, and its launch announcement adds ample parking and 24-hour security. Its brochure describes an infinity pool. Azizi places Azizi David on the banks of Dubai Creek. Its launch announcement notes that Al Jaddaf is close to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road and just minutes from Creek Metro Station, and its brochure says the area is minutes from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Festival City and Dubai International Airport, with effortless access to the Palazzo Versace Dubai, the Jameel Arts Centre and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
