Azizi Central

Azizi Central is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. Azizi describes it as a contemporary 12-storey development of 97 units, a mix of 9 one-bedroom, 70 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom apartments. In July 2026 Azizi announced that it had officially commenced the handover process, and Group CEO Farhad Azizi called the handover "a proud milestone" and spoke of "welcoming our very first residents into their new homes". Azizi describes Al Furjan as a popular and expanding community conveniently located on the metro line. It places Azizi Central near Al Furjan Metro Station, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. For Al Furjan, Azizi gives drive times of one minute to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, seven minutes to JAFZA, ten minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, twelve minutes to Expo City Dubai, fifteen minutes to Palm Jumeirah and to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), and twenty-five minutes to DIFC and Business Bay. Every apartment type has a balcony. Each two-bedroom type has two bathrooms, a walk-in closet and a laundry room, and both three-bedroom types have three bathrooms, a separate toilet, a maid's room and a walk-in closet. Azizi named Toshiba to supply the building's passenger and service elevators, RAK Ceramics to supply its ceramic sanitary ware, and Kludi, which it describes as a German premium bathroom and kitchen manufacturer, to equip it with high-end accessories. The living-room and bedroom renders in the gallery are Azizi's typical interior design. Azizi lists a fully equipped gymnasium, separate swimming pools for adults and children, landscaped outdoor spaces, a children's play area, a BBQ area, ample parking and a multipurpose hall at Azizi Central, and also describes a spacious lobby and promises breathtaking city views. It says residents benefit from a wide range of retail and dining outlets in the surrounding vicinity.
