The Residences at Marina Gate I

The Residences at Marina Gate I is a residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Marina, the first completed of the three high-end towers that make up the luxury residential complex, Marina Gate. Select Group says that Marina Gate I, located at the original gateway to Dubai Marina, "sets a benchmark for what luxury waterfront living should represent", and describes a modern architectural design with views of the Dubai Marina skyline and the Arabian Gulf. The tower was completed in 2018. According to Select Group, the development comprises studios, one- to four-bedroom apartments, three- and four-bedroom penthouses and four-bedroom podium villas. Select Group says the residences are designed to maximise space, with high ceilings and stylish interiors. It also describes them as well-appointed, with high-quality finishes and spacious layouts. Residents of Marina Gate I have a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a temperature-controlled infinity pool, a children's pool and play areas, illuminated squash and paddle tennis courts, landscaped gardens and a dedicated barbecue area, according to Select Group. The development also has secure residential parking and ample guest parking, concierge services and 24-hour security. According to Select Group's amenities film, the tower also has "5 star changing and locker facilities" and a grand lobby. Select Group says both Residences towers at Marina Gate are situated at the gateway to the world's largest man-made marina, with direct access to the Marina Walk, which it calls the most established part of the marina district. It places them on the northern side of the marina, close to an array of public transport options. According to Select Group, the Marina Gate complex includes an array of retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and personal care outlets. In December 2018, Select Group says, The Residences at Marina Gate I won International Property Awards in the Best Residential High Rise Development, Dubai and Best Condominium, Dubai categories.
