The Residences at Marina Gate II

Marina Gate II is a completed residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Marina. The developer describes it as the second completed and central tower of The Residences at Marina Gate trio, and says it contains 535 premium units and was completed in 2019. Select Group's company timeline records the completion of the 64-storey tower in July 2019, and records Marina Gate II winning Residential Project of the Year 2018. According to Select Group, the tower includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, half-floor penthouses, waterfront podium villas and one full-floor penthouse. The developer says the residences in Marina Gate II are well-appointed with high-end finishes and spacious layouts, and it describes their views of the Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf. Select Group says residents have access to a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a full-sized basketball court, a temperature-controlled infinity pool and a children's pool with a play area. It adds that the development features 24/7 concierge services and CCTV, secure residential parking and ample guest parking. Select Group describes Marina Gate as a luxury waterfront development in Dubai Marina with three residential towers, Marina Gate I, Marina Gate II and Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, and says the complex includes retail outlets, restaurants, cafes and personal care outlets. The developer places Marina Gate I and Marina Gate II alike at the gateway to what it calls the world's largest man-made marina, with direct access to the Marina Walk, which it calls the most established part of the marina district, and says their position on the northern side of the marina gives residents easy access and parking, close to an array of public transport options.
