The Torch

The Torch is a completed residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Marina. Select Group describes it as the world's tallest residential development of its time, and still one of the tallest in the world today. Select Group began construction of The Torch in May 2005 and completed it in May 2011. Select Group says The Torch contains 682 residential units with glorious coastal and marina views, and with easy access to Marina Walk. According to Select Group, the tower has apartments and penthouses. The tower was created by Khatib & Alami, which Select Group describes as an award-winning architectural and planning firm. Select Group lists a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms with private changing rooms, and a swimming pool on a large private deck overlooking Dubai Marina, together with 24-hour security, concierge services and secure underground parking.
