The Point

The Point is a completed residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Marina. Select Group calls it a waterside development in a prestigious location. The developer says the tower was designed by award-winning architects National Engineering Bureau (NEB). According to Select Group, The Point occupies a prestigious position directly overlooking the iconic Dubai Marina Yacht Club. It is, in the developer's words, perfectly situated between Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marina, making it an ideal location to enjoy waterfront life to the fullest. Select Group completed construction of The Point in December 2009. The developer gives the tower a built-up area of over 378,000 sq ft and 193 residential units: studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as what it describes as three luxurious three-bedroom duplex villas and an elegant four-bedroom corner unit. According to Select Group, residents of The Point have access to a spacious pool deck, a private BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, professional housekeeping services, around-the-clock security, secure underground parking and direct access to Marina Walk.
