Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is a 122-storey residential tower in Dubai Marina by Select Group, carrying the Six Senses brand. Select Group presents it as Six Senses' first-ever standalone branded residential development and says it is positioned to become the tallest residential tower in the world. It gives the tower's height on completion as 517 metres. Select Group acquired the stalled development, formerly known as the Pentominium Tower, in December 2023, and launched Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina in April 2024. It reported construction at 30 per cent complete as of the third quarter of 2026, with handover scheduled for 2029. Select Group names Woods Bagot as design architect, WSP as structural and MEP engineer, Mitchell & Eades for the interiors and Energy & Space for the wellness design strategy, and says the project is targeting LEED Silver certification. Select Group describes 251 residences: two- to four-bedroom deluxe residences, four-bedroom half-floor penthouses and four- and five-bedroom duplex and triplex Sky Mansions. It gives the two- to four-bedroom residences as 1,977 to 5,773 sq ft and the duplex and triplex Sky Mansions as 8,997 to 14,102 sq ft. For the two- to four-bedroom residences it describes bespoke timber joinery with bronze accents, and full-height double-glazed windows and doors that open onto expansive balconies. For the Sky Mansions it describes open-plan living and dining areas, a study or library, a personal gym and a cinema room, with balconies positioned on opposite ends. Select Group says each residence integrates Sleep With Six Senses bedroom amenities and elements inspired by biophilia and classical feng shui, and that the residences command panoramas of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour Beachfront, Emirates Golf Course, Dubai Marina, Blue Waters and Ain Dubai. Select Group plans residents' amenities across four levels totalling 61,250 sq ft. Level 4, Connectivity, is to have a residents' lounge, meeting rooms, a library and study area, a games room, an indoor and outdoor cinema, a climate-controlled wine lounge with lockers, landscaped communal dining and seating areas and an outdoor gym. Level 5, Balance, is planned with a wet area offering hydrotherapy, a jacuzzi and massage and plunge pools, infrared, bio and Finnish saunas and a steam room, a salt room, ice baths, a cardio, strength and functional training gym, a relaxation lounge and an infinity pool with a sundeck. Level 6, Longevity, is to include a longevity clinic, a crystal sound healing room, cryo and hyperbaric treatment rooms, single and couples massage treatment rooms, virtual cycling and boxing and group fitness studios and a gym. Level 109, Horizon, is planned with a 25 m lap pool, jacuzzis, a self-serve refreshment bar, a sunrise yoga deck, landscaped gardens and communal dining areas. The owner benefits Select Group lists include a dedicated residence general manager, 24/7 concierge and lifestyle services, housekeeping, maintenance and security for the common areas, valet and door services, a residential portal and Six Senses branded touchpoints. Select Group places the tower five minutes from Dubai Marina, Marina Mall, Dubai Harbour Beachfront and Emirates Golf Club, ten minutes from JBR The Beach, Bluewaters, Palm Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates, 20 minutes from Palm Jebel Ali and Expo City, and 30 minutes from Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports.
