Peninsula Three is a completed 49-storey waterfront residential tower by Select Group in Business Bay, Dubai. It stands in Peninsula, the developer's master-planned waterfront community, and Select Group describes it as combining the edginess of modern design with an exclusive waterfront lifestyle, set within the art district of the community. Select Group launched the project in March 2022 and states that Peninsula Three was completed in Q4 2025. The homes are studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments.
