Peninsula One

Peninsula One is the first development within Peninsula, Select Group's master-planned waterfront community in Business Bay, Dubai. Select Group launched it in October 2021 as the first tower in the community. Its corporate portfolio places the building among the projects Select Group delivered in 2025 and states that it has been handed over, and the developer marked the milestone with its film "Welcome Home: Completion of Peninsula One". Select Group presents Peninsula One as catering to the widest array of preferences in a single community in Business Bay. The tower apartments are predominantly studios and one-bedroom units, which the developer describes as perfectly suited to modern working professionals, with floor-to-ceiling windows. There are also 15 podium simplexes with one or two bedrooms, and 70 waterfront simplexes along the Dubai Canal with one to three bedrooms, which Select Group describes as having full-window facades designed to maximise the water views. The developer gives unit sizes from 385 sq ft for a studio to 1,950 sq ft for a three-bedroom apartment, and says the development spans over 372,000 sq ft. For residents, Select Group describes leisure facilities including a fully equipped gym, saunas and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a kids' pool, secure locker room facilities and a BBQ deck on the podium level. The description of its completion film names a state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor pools, wellness facilities and landscaped podium decks. Select Group describes Peninsula's Business Bay location as close to Downtown Dubai, Dubai's Old Town and Dubai Marina. For the community it gives Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall as 2 km away, about a six-minute drive, Downtown Dubai as 3.7 km, Jumeirah Beach as 4.8 km, DIFC as 5.4 km and Mall of the Emirates as 11.4 km.
