Peninsula Four, The Plaza

Peninsula Four, The Plaza is a completed residential development by Select Group at Peninsula, the developer's master-planned waterfront community in Business Bay, Dubai. Select Group calls it the centrepiece of the master community and states that it was completed on schedule in Q2 2026. It pairs two 52-storey towers with a collection of 16 premium waterfront duplex lofts, and its homes range from studios to one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences. In the towers, Select Group quotes unit sizes from 494 sq ft for a studio to 5,260 sq ft for a four-bedroom penthouse. The developer says each home is planned around flowing, open living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views of Downtown Dubai landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, the city skyline and the Dubai Canal, and that the towers face onto the landscaped plaza and the waterfront. Its floor plates place studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes on the typical floors, four-bedroom homes on levels 49 and 50 and the penthouses on level 51. The Lofts are Select Group's low-rise waterfront duplexes: three- and four-bedroom homes of 3,674 to 4,513 sq ft, which the developer describes as tailored to family living and to those who prefer the comfort of larger homes. In announcing their completion, Select Group said The Lofts were designed around space, light and refined family living, with generous layouts and elegant interiors in a rare low-rise setting in Business Bay, and that they are now complete and ready to welcome residents home. The Plaza sits at the core of Peninsula. Select Group describes it as an upbeat, urban marketplace destined to become home to a lively environment, with an extensive range of indoor and outdoor dining experiences, retail and entertainment facilities and generous areas of gardens and public realm. The developer places Peninsula in Business Bay on the doorstep of Downtown Dubai and says it is close to Dubai's Old Town and Dubai Marina.
