Nautica is Select Group's development of two identical towers, Nautica One and Nautica Two, in Dubai Maritime City, which the developer calls the city's newest emerging waterfront hotspot. Select Group says the towers embody the spirit of one of the most charismatic port cities in the world, with vibrantly designed one- and two-bedroom apartments that have uninterrupted waterfront vistas and panoramic city views. The developer says the towers are rotated to optimise views, giving residents panoramas of the nearby waterways, the marina and the low-rise green residential areas. One- and two-bedroom homes occupy the typical floors of both towers, levels 7 to 24 and 26 to 48, and each has a balcony. Select Group says unit sizes range from 614.94 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments to 1,031.93 sq ft for two-bedroom apartments. It describes the apartments as dressed in palettes of slate, cool grey and sapphire, juxtaposed with warm timber tones and accents of copper. It says the bathrooms are complemented by colourful accents in the finishings. According to Select Group, the podium level of each tower is planned as a personal lifestyle and wellness playground, with an infinity pool overlooking waterfront views, a yoga deck, a jacuzzi and sun loungers, a padel court, a 3-on-3 basketball court, an outdoor gym, and indoor cardio and strength gyms with changing facilities. They are planned for the Leisure Deck on podium level 6. Select Group launched Nautica in September 2023. The developer says Nautica One and Nautica Two are scheduled for completion in 2026. Select Group says Dubai Maritime City is strategically located on a man-made peninsula between Port Rashid and Dubai Drydocks World. According to the developer, Dubai Maritime City has convenient access to Sheikh Zayed Road and the city's primary expressways. Select Group puts it 10 minutes from the Jumeirah Beach coastline and Pearl Jumeirah, 15 minutes from the Gold Souk and Creek Tower, and 20 minutes from The Dubai Mall, Dubai International Airport and DIFC.
