A waterfront tower in Dubai Maritime City
DAMAC places the 52-storey tower on the shoreline of Dubai Maritime City, between Port Rashid and Drydocks World, looking across the harbour to the city.

Harbour Lights is DAMAC Properties' 52-storey residential tower on the waterfront of Dubai Maritime City, branded by the Geneva jeweller de GRISOGONO. DAMAC presents it as a maritime-inspired haven that pays homage to the great sea voyages of the past, with interiors and amenities that take their cue from luxury cruise liners. Dubai Maritime City sits between Port Rashid and Drydocks World, a harbour-side district that DAMAC describes as the hub of Dubai's maritime industry, with the city skyline across the water. The tower offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across eight layouts. Every plan opens onto at least one balcony, and DAMAC says each apartment has sea views. On the upper floors, a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom Luxury layout each add a maid's room, a laundry and a wide balcony with its own pool. DAMAC describes the interiors as sleek white and gold, with large windows that let in the light and the sea. DAMAC's plans for residents include a floating pool out on the water and an infinity pool with sea views, as well as what DAMAC calls cabin-like rooms, spaces inspired by maritime elegance. The common areas, including the lobby with its rippled-glass water wall, carry de GRISOGONO's signature style, DAMAC says. In the neighbourhood, DAMAC points to the indoor courts of Just Padel near Port Rashid and yachts for hire, and puts Dubai International Airport about 20 minutes' drive away. DAMAC lists Harbour Lights as off-plan, with handover scheduled for Q4 2027. Construction is under way: DAMAC's end-October 2025 construction update reports the core walls, slabs and facade in progress.
