Botanica

Botanica is a completed tower of 371 residential units by Select Group in Dubai Marina. Select Group calls it "Dubai's Tropical Paradise Residence" and says it is the only private residence in the city with a tropical sky garden. According to the developer, the sky garden is on the building's 27th floor. Select Group describes Botanica as a waterfront development overlooking coastal and marina views. According to the developer, the tower has a built-up area of over 666,000 sq ft and comprises spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, exclusive poolside villas and five-bedroom penthouses. Residents have direct access to Marina Walk, and access to a tropical-themed pool deck and jacuzzi facilities, sauna and steam rooms, a fully-equipped gym, around-the-clock security and secure underground parking, according to Select Group. Select Group completed construction of Botanica Tower in August 2011 and describes it as featuring Dubai's first tropical sky garden.
