No.9 is a residential tower by Select Group on Marina Walk in Dubai Marina. Select Group describes it as its ninth development, elegant by design, and says the building has been designed to the highest of standards, featuring fixtures from leading brands coupled with stylish interiors and spacious layouts. The completed tower contains 222 units. According to Select Group, No.9 won an Arabian Property Award in the residential high-rise development category in 2019. No.9 comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus four duplex penthouses. Select Group says each residence has been designed to maximise space and efficiency and presents views of Dubai Marina and a pristine ocean view. According to the developer, the apartments are fitted with marble features, sleek wooden elements and a high-end kitchen. For residents, Select Group lists a temperature-controlled infinity pool directly overlooking Dubai Marina, a separate children's pool and a state-of-the-art gym filled with the latest weight and cardio equipment. Select Group says the development's central location on the east side of Dubai Marina makes the entire marina easily accessible on foot via Marina Walk, giving families and fitness enthusiasts direct walking access to the widest range of amenities and hospitality options. JBR and Bluewaters are also located in the immediate vicinity of No.9, according to the developer.
