Marina Living

Marina Living is a completed residential tower by LMD in Dubai Marina. LMD's project page describes it as designed for modern life, with sophisticated living spaces in the heart of Dubai Marina. In a notice dated 18 August 2026, LMD announced that Marina Living has officially handed over, delivering 205 fully finished one- and two-bedroom residences. LMD's brochure describes the 205 residences as spanning 19 floor levels, with views of the Arabian Gulf and Sheikh Zayed Road. It calls the apartments functional and thoughtful in layout, with modern design and neutral colours. It says the kitchen and living room are merged, and it lists a fridge, oven and cooker among the kitchen appliances. LMD's project page invites residents to "unwind with a swim while overlooking the marina's dynamic skyline" and describes a gym with "top-tier equipment", a kids' area and a dedicated padel court. LMD's handover notice says residents now enjoy an infinity pool, a dedicated padel court, a kids' play area and BBQ spaces designed for waterfront living. LMD's brochure places the infinity pool on the rooftop. LMD's project page puts Dubai Marina Mall 5 minutes from Marina Living, The Beach at JBR 10 minutes, Mall of Emirates 13 minutes and Dubai International Airport (DXB) 30 minutes.
