The Beach Collection

The Beach Collection is Nakheel's collection of five- and six-bedroom beachfront villas on the fronds of Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai. Nakheel's collection page presents the designs in two launches: Blue Horizon, Indigo Ocean, Cyan Sky, Pacific Breeze, Cobalt, Baia Luna, Crystal Springs, Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper and Bluejay under the second, and Blue Horizon, Provence, Indigo Ocean, Sapphire, Acquamarina, Tropical Mist, Azure Blue and Mediterranean under the first. Nakheel's January 2025 announcement names the studios behind the designs: WATG for Baia Luna and Crystal Springs, SAOTA for Ocean Whisper and Bluejay, Whitespace Architects for Indigo Ocean, NAGA Architects for Cyan Sky, Blue Horizon and Pacific Breeze, and LW Design Group for Wave Crest. Its October 2025 announcement names Cobalt Beach by LOCI. For the Frond F release, Nakheel's August 2026 announcement gives the collection's villas as ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft, with four designs: Cyan Sky, Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper and Bluejay. Nakheel's plans lay each villa out over a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor, and title every design with a roof lounge and terrace. The plans label a show kitchen as well as a kitchen, maid's and driver's rooms, a lift and a garage. In its November 2024 announcement Nakheel says grand entryways with double-height volumes lead to expansive living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing views of the Arabian Gulf, and that master suites include a private balcony, a generously sized walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bathroom. The plan sheets state that the pools and landscaping drawn are for illustration only and are not provided by the developer. Nakheel describes the villas as situated on prime beachfront locations along the fronds, with direct private beach access for residents. On nakheel.com it says the fronds will have wide walkable streets and pocketed parks that allow pedestrians and cyclists to access the beach easily. According to Nakheel, Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands and 16 fronds with more than 90 kilometres of beachfront, and its planned community infrastructure includes a retail centre and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. In August 2026 Nakheel reported villa construction progressing across all 12 residential fronds of the island.
