Trussardi Residences Phase II

Trussardi Residences Phase II is the second chapter of Trussardi Residences in Discovery Gardens, Al Furjan, Dubai, unveiled by Mira Developments, Trussardi and Luxury Living Group following the demand for Phase I. Mira's factsheet describes two 10-storey towers with a shared podium, and Mira's location plan places them next to Discovery Gardens Metro Station. Mira gives the handover as Q2 2027. The homes are studios, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom apartments with a pool and two-bedroom apartments with a pool, according to Mira's brochure and factsheet; Mira's floor plans also include a two-bedroom plan with a maid's room. Mira says every apartment comes fully furnished with pieces from the Trussardi Casa collection, handcrafted in Italy, and fully equipped with household appliances, ready for its owners. Interior images show Mira's typical Trussardi Casa apartment design. Mira's brochure lists a 100-meter swimming pool, which Mira calls the longest residential pool in Dubai, with cabanas and a children's pool, a 350-meter jogging track, a yoga zone, paddle tennis courts, a mini-golf course, an outdoor cinema, kids' play areas, an outdoor gym, an indoor gym, a sauna, a BBQ zone, a wellness center, a coworking space, a six-cuisine food lounge and an on-site branch of the Emirates Government Services Hub. Mira's website describes separate ladies' and gents' gyms designed by Technogym, children's zones with trampolines and a playground, and an exclusive lounge with an Aiwa coffee shop; its factsheet adds spa and beauty studios, and its brochure describes a 7-meter-high lobby. Mira describes hotel-style services including complimentary cleaning, valet parking and concierge services, and its website adds in-room dining. Floors 2 to 5 of Tower B hold Offices at Trussardi Residences Phase II, which Mira calls Dubai's first Trussardi-branded commercial offices: a limited collection of Grade A offices, fully furnished by Trussardi Casa and designed for companies that want to move in and start working immediately, without fit-out, delays or operational uncertainty. Mira gives the offices a ceiling height of 3.3 meters and a handover of Q4 2027, and describes Al Furjan as suitable for mainland trade licence registration.
