Yasamine

Yasamine is an apartment building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai, handed over in 2016. Of Yasamine, Azizi says: "we've designed our apartments to cater to a variety of lifestyles, with different sizes and layouts available to suit your preferences. And with stunning views from every apartment, you'll never tire of the breathtaking scenery." Azizi's Our Legacy timeline dates the start of construction and sales of its Al Furjan community units to 2013. Its 2016 entry marks the handover of Yasamine together with Feirouz, Liatris and Orchid: "With the handover of Yasamine, Feirouz, Liatris and Orchid, we establish a record of completing and delivering projects on time." Azizi's unit types for Yasamine range from one to three bedrooms. The A types, on the first floor, have terraces, and the B types, from the second to the tenth floor, have balconies; Azizi notes that the terrace or balcony might vary. Each two- and three-bedroom type has a laundry room, the three-bedroom type also has a maid's room, and some types add a walk-in closet. The interior images are renders of Azizi's typical apartment design. Azizi names a sauna, breathtaking city views, a swimming pool, a gym and garage parking among Yasamine's amenities and services, as it does for several of its other Al Furjan buildings. It describes Al Furjan as "a popular and expanding community conveniently located on the metro line, offering the perfect balance of city hubbub and personal quietude", and gives the community's drive times as one minute to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the metro station, 7 minutes to JAFZA, 10 minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, 12 minutes to Expo City Dubai, 15 minutes to The Palm Jumeirah and Al Maktoum International Airport, and 25 minutes to DIFC and Business Bay.
