Madinat Jumeirah Living Nourelle

Madinat Jumeirah Living Nourelle is a Meraas residential project in Madinat Jumeirah Living, Umm Suqeim. Meraas describes Nourelle, the latest addition to the community, as a trio of contemporary residential buildings seamlessly connected by a dramatic skybridge and thoughtfully woven into the Madinat Jumeirah Living landscape, and calls Madinat Jumeirah Living one of the most prestigious residential neighbourhoods in Dubai. The developer says Nourelle's façades feature clean lines, bold geometry and elegant cut-outs softened with greenery, and that the residences are planned to maximise light, space and perspective, whether overlooking the Burj Al Arab or the city skyline. Nourelle has one- to four-bedroom apartments. Meraas's August 2026 announcement puts the total at 236 apartments across the three buildings, and its October 2025 launch announcement gives the first building's 66 homes as 27 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom, 10 three-bedroom and one four-bedroom apartment. Meraas's Building 1 floor plans give every layout a balcony, give the one-bedroom homes a separate powder room as well as a bathroom, give the two-bedroom homes a walk-in closet off the primary bedroom and a primary bathroom with a bathtub and double basin, with a maid's room in some, and give the three-bedroom homes a maid's room. The brochure says each bedroom of the three-bedroom homes includes its own ensuite. It places the four-bedroom residence at the highest level, with ensuite bedrooms and open-plan living spaces that flow onto expansive terraces, and the four-bedroom floor plan puts a walk-in closet off the primary bedroom. Meraas describes the skybridge as a destination in itself: with an infinity pool, sky gardens, a modern gym and yoga spaces, it creates an elevated retreat where wellbeing and leisure come together above the city. The brochure describes the gym as a light-filled space with fully openable glass walls, overlooking the infinity pool and the Dubai skyline, with a dedicated yoga studio adjacent to it. For the arrival, it describes a sweeping canopy, softly lit from above, with the drop-off area positioned between the buildings. The brochure also says Nourelle is framed by a lush green park, with pockets of greenery interwoven throughout the towers. Meraas points to elegant lobbies and lounges, and its launch announcement adds children's play areas and communal gardens for residents. According to Meraas's brochure, Madinat Jumeirah Living is adjacent to Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Meraas puts Sheikh Zayed Road a two-minute drive from Nourelle, with Dubai Media City five minutes and Dubai Internet City eight minutes away, and its brochure adds Mall of the Emirates at five minutes. In August 2026 Meraas awarded International Foundation Group the groundworks contract for Nourelle, covering site preparation and the design and construction of shoring and piling works for the development's initial phase, and the developer reports that shoring has been completed and piling is in progress. Its payment-plan sheet gives an estimated construction completion of June 2029.
