Central Park Plaza Dubai

Central Park Plaza Dubai is Meraas's two-tower phase of Central Park at City Walk, in Al Wasl. Meraas describes Central Park Plaza as an exquisite addition to Central Park, designed to combine urban energy with exclusive luxury, and its brochure calls the Plaza the final, most premium phase of apartments at Central Park, nestled in a lush, naturally green environment. Meraas's floor plans show 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments in Tower A and Tower B, four-bedroom duplexes on the ground and first levels, which the brochure calls townhouses, and penthouses on the top floors of each tower. The plans give total areas, balconies included, from 876.94 sq ft for a 1-bedroom apartment to 2,917.34 sq ft for the largest 4-bedroom apartment. Every plan has at least one balcony, and the Type A 2-bedroom plans and all 3 and 4-bedroom homes add a maid's room. The penthouses add a study, a multipurpose room, a family living room and a show kitchen, and the Type A.1 penthouses have a private roof terrace with a pool. The brochure says every home comes with the finest luxury fittings and finishes. In June 2025 Meraas said Tower A and Tower B rise to 23 and 20 floors respectively, with a total of 212 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom townhouses and penthouses. Meraas says Central Park at City Walk has facilities for every age group: pools and water play areas, a kids' play area, a running track, a dog park, multi-use games and sports lawns, tennis and squash courts, half-court basketball, a skateable landscape, games tables, an outdoor gym and fitness station, a spa and sauna, yoga and meditation areas, dining outlets and retail stores, function rooms, a nursery, an events area, picnic pavilions and outdoor barbecue areas. Meraas places City Walk's shops, restaurants and hotels a short walk away, and Jumeirah Beach about 10 minutes' drive away. Construction is under way. On its City Walk Central Park page, Meraas reports that its internal inspection on 11 June 2026 put the Plaza's progress at 39.10%, and that the Real Estate Regulatory Agency's inspection on 19 May 2026 recorded 34.63%; structural works had reached Level 22 in Tower A and Level 20 in Tower B. When it awarded the main construction contract to Naresco Contracting in June 2025, Meraas said the Plaza is slated to be handed over in Q3 2027.
