Sur La Mer

Sur La Mer is a community of townhouses by Meraas in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, one of the projects of Meraas's La Mer waterfront and adjacent to Port de La Mer. Meraas lists Sur La Mer among its handed-over projects, with a handover date of 16 January 2023, and describes it as the first freehold townhouse community in Jumeirah 1. Meraas describes the architecture as contemporary classic Italian, with vibrant material and colour palettes distinguishing each villa's individuality, in a landscape of open spaces shaded by olive and lemon trees and alleys covered in magenta bougainvillea. According to Meraas, 1 km of promenades stretches along the coastline, and the townhouses overlook the waters of the Arabian Gulf, with the Dubai skyline on the horizon. Meraas's brochure describes three-, four- and five-bedroom townhouses with rich facades and meticulously planned details. Each townhouse type in the brochure adds a family room and is laid out over ground, first and second floors and a roof. Meraas names a swimming pool and kids' pool, shaded seating areas, a clubhouse, kids' play areas and electric vehicle charging among Sur La Mer's amenities. Meraas says Sur La Mer residents have access to the shopping, dining and waterfront destinations of neighbouring Port de La Mer, and gives drive times of 5 minutes to La Mer, 10 minutes to City Walk, 15 minutes to Dubai International Airport and 45 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport.
