Riverton House

Riverton House is a residential tower by Ellington Properties in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai, set between a community park and the community lagoon. Ellington's plans show 19 residential floors above a ground floor and four podium levels, with 149 apartments and two ground-floor retail units. The developer lists driving times of about 8 minutes to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, 14 minutes to Dubai International Airport, 17 minutes to Burj Khalifa and 19 minutes to Dubai International Financial Centre. Ellington's floor plans show ten apartment layouts: three one-bedroom types, three two-bedroom types, three two-bedroom types with a study and a three-bedroom type with a study, each with a balcony, a laundry room and a powder room. The developer's specification lists porcelain flooring, full-length wardrobes, kitchens fitted with a gas cooktop, fridge-freezer, integrated oven, dishwasher and microwave, VRF air conditioning and pre-wiring for high-speed internet. Ellington allocates one parking space to each one- and two-bedroom apartment, including those with a study, and two to each three-bedroom apartment, and lists the ownership as freehold. Ellington's plans for the building include a ground-floor lobby with a reception, lounge and co-working desk hub, a club lounge with a library and billiard table, a games station area, a supper club with a kitchenette, a communal table, an air-conditioned arcade for F&B and retail shops, and direct access to the community lagoon with sun loungers and cabanas. The fifth-floor podium is planned with an 11 m by 26 m infinity-edge pool with a Baja shelf and swing loungers, cabanas, an outdoor shower, a floating yoga deck, a fitness studio with a pegboard climbing wall and an outdoor fitness area, a barbecue deck with outdoor dining, a pet play park, a meditation and reading area, indoor and outdoor kids' play areas with a nursery room, and a wellness area with a sauna, a hot soaking pool, a chilled plunge pool, barber and beauty rooms and a treatment room. Ellington also lists a yoga studio, a concierge and security desk, a bicycle station, a drop-off area, a pet wash and an independent car wash bay. Ellington Properties lists Riverton House as off-plan and has published monthly construction updates for the project since January 2026.
