Cala Del Mar

Cala Del Mar is a residential building by Ellington Properties on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The developer describes a beachfront setting on the island's Arabian Gulf shore, with the Marjan Island boardwalk running along the water in front of the building and homes turned towards the sea; the plan sheets mark Arabian Gulf views to the west, south and north and a Wynn Casino view to the east. Ellington lists driving times of about 5 minutes to the Wynn Resort, 12 minutes to Ras Al Khaimah Central and to Al Hamra Mall, 14 minutes to Al Hamra Golf Club and 25 minutes to RAK Mall. Homes run from studios to four-bedroom apartments. Ellington's floor-plan set covers six labelled templates - a studio, two one-bedroom types, two two-bedroom types (the larger with a study) and a three-bedroom type with a study - with total living areas from 398.70 sq ft to 1,844.29 sq ft including balconies. The developer's unit schedule lists 14 studios, 73 one-bedroom, 37 two-bedroom, 13 three-bedroom and one four-bedroom home, and quotes sizes reaching 1,071 sq ft for one-bedroom, 1,284 sq ft for two-bedroom and 1,987 sq ft for three-bedroom apartments. Every published plan has a balcony and a laundry room. Ellington describes heightened ceilings in the living, dining and bedroom areas, wood-look chevron flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry with sintered stone countertops and European appliances, full-length fitted wardrobes, and bathrooms with porcelain step-down walk-in showers behind glass partitions. Residents' facilities sit on the ground floor around the sea-facing deck. Ellington's labelled amenities plan shows a 30 m by 10 m infinity-edge pool with a floating pool deck, sun-lounger and shaded-lounger areas, a viewing deck with hammocks, outdoor sunken seating, a barbeque deck, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor yoga area, with marked access points onto the Marjan Island boardwalk. On the same level the plan shows a comprehensive fitness studio with a virtual personal-training zone and an immersive rowing room, a change room with steam and sauna, indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, a clubhouse lounge, a sunken lounge, an outdoor terrace lounge, and a lobby with reception and lounge. Ellington's brochure adds outdoor showers and adjoining changing areas beside the pool deck and landscaped gardens around it, and the project page lists private beach access for residents, secure parking and 24/7 security. The architectural section places two basement parking levels beneath the building. Ellington Properties lists Cala Del Mar as off-plan and has published monthly construction updates for it from March 2025 to August 2026. The developer's building configuration states 13 residential floors above a ground floor and two basements, two passenger lifts and a service lift, one parking space for studio, one- and two-bedroom homes and two for three- and four-bedroom homes, and freehold ownership. No handover date or completion quarter is published.
