Miraclz by Danube

Miraclz by Danube is a residential tower by Danube Properties in Arjan, Dubai. Danube's FAQ notes its convenient access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Danube describes Miraclz as completed, and the Our Journey timeline on its website records it as completed in 2021. Danube describes Miraclz as a revolutionary living concept with convertible furniture that creates a spacious living room by day and a comfortable guest bedroom by night; its FAQ explains that the living room transforms into a guest bedroom with a convertible sofa. The homes are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Danube describes the apartments as fully furnished, although one of its FAQ answers says most apartments come furnished. Danube publishes floor plans for seven apartment types on the first floor and the typical floors: studios of 390, 402 and 423 to 425 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments of 759 sq ft with a bathroom and a separate toilet, and a two-bedroom type of 1,184 sq ft with two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Every plan has a balcony. Danube lists a swimming pool, a gym it calls a high-tech fitness center, a party hall, a kids' play area and a badminton court at Miraclz. Danube's 2022 film of the building says every amenity is above ground level and features padel tennis on the roof, a jacuzzi, BBQ and jogging. Danube's FAQ describes Dubai Miracle Garden as right next door. Danube puts City Center Al Barsha 2 minutes from Miraclz, Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro 7 minutes, Dubai International Airport 25 minutes and Al Maktoum International Airport 30 minutes.
