Golf Greens

Golf Greens is an off-plan residential development by DAMAC Properties in DAMAC Hills, Dubailand, set beside the fairways of the Trump International Golf Club Dubai. DAMAC presents it as the place "where nature dreams": four towers in three buildings, with Golf Greens 1 (towers 1A and 1B, built as one joined block) beside Golf Greens 2 (towers 2A and 2B). DAMAC gives the configuration as a ground floor, three podium levels and 31 upper floors. DAMAC Hills is an established community of villas, apartments and hotels with nearly four million square feet of parkland, lakes, sports courts and stables. According to DAMAC's floor plans, the upper floors hold one-bedroom apartments with a separate study room and two-bedroom apartments with walk-in closets, several of them with wrap-around balconies. The podium levels hold two- and three-bedroom townhouses arranged over two floors, some with a private garden, while the largest three-bedroom townhouses add a terrace floor with a games or multi-purpose room. Every plan has a balcony, and DAMAC describes spacious interiors, elegant finishes and panoramic views of the Trump International Golf Club Dubai. DAMAC plans a golf-themed amenities level on the first floor: an aqua garden with walkways through gentle water, a palm garden, infinity pools with putting-green islands, aqua golf beside a chill-out lounge, a giant swing overlooking the golf course, sky golf and ergonomic seating areas. An indoor golf simulator and golf academy is planned for play in any weather, with "night glowy golf" after dark, and golf buggy rides are planned from the ground floor. Around the towers, DAMAC Hills offers the Trump International Golf Club and its clubhouse, the Malibu Bay wave pool, DAMAC Hills Mall and Jebel Ali School within the community. DAMAC lists Golf Greens as off-plan, with handover scheduled for the first quarter of 2028.
