Facing Palm Jumeirah
DAMAC places the tower in Al Sufouh facing Palm Jumeirah and the sea, a few minutes from Dubai Marina, Bluewaters and Madinat Jumeirah.

DAMAC Casa is an off-plan residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Al Sufouh, Dubai. DAMAC describes it as an island in the sky facing Palm Jumeirah and the sea: a curving tower of tiered, planted balconies designed to bring island living into the city. The developer places it near Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Park, a few minutes from Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and Madinat Jumeirah, and about 20 minutes by car from Downtown Dubai. According to DAMAC's floor plans, the two podium levels hold one-, two- and three-bedroom townhouses with large balconies, and the tower above offers one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments. The three-, four- and five-bedroom super luxury residences on selected floors each have a private pool on the balcony, a private foyer, a prep kitchen and a powder room, and most include a maid's room. Every plan has a balcony, and DAMAC describes the interiors as water-inspired, with reflective surfaces and fluid patterns. DAMAC plans a water-themed set of shared facilities. Residents are to arrive through an aquarium hall, and the podium rooftop is planned with an artificial beach with cabanas, swimming pools, an aqua gym, an aqua spa, sauna and steam rooms, a jacuzzi, barbecue and dining areas, a palm garden, chill-out lounges and a children's area. At the top of the tower, the crown level is planned with an island pool, a rain room and floating sky beds. DAMAC lists DAMAC Casa as off-plan, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
